Can one group order different colours?
Not within one group order. Each group order is for one exact product/SKU and one colour; open a separate group order for another product or colour.
Can you add individual names?
Yes. In a group order, an individual name is +5 NIS only on each item that actually has a name; unnamed items are not charged.
When should we order?
Mockup preparation and revisions happen before the lead-time clock starts. After full payment, receipt of all details and files, and explicit final approval, allow at least 4 full business days for pickup or 6 business days for delivery. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are excluded. A requested date is not a promise unless the team confirms it in writing.
