You do not need to live near the print shop to order a custom product. The full order is handled online, production takes place in our Be’er Sheva workshop, and the finished order is sent for a fixed 45 ILS to serviceable addresses throughout Israel.

Be’er Sheva remains central to ARENA: the equipment, production and local locker are here. At the same time, online ordering, quantity pricing, mockup approval and nationwide courier service let customers in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Haifa and other communities receive the same service without travelling south.
How long do production and delivery take?
Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days after payment and mockup approval. Once the finished parcel is collected by the courier, delivery usually takes 1–3 full business days. These are separate stages, so delivery time is never presented as if it included production.
How to order remotely
- Choose the product, colour, size and quantity online.
- Upload a logo or artwork, or send the idea on WhatsApp.
- Pay and approve the mockup before production.
- The finished order goes to the courier, or to the Be’er Sheva locker if pickup was selected.

Is product pricing the same throughout Israel?
Yes. Product price depends on model, print options and quantity, not the customer’s city. Delivery adds 45 ILS per order.
Can one item be delivered?
Yes. Orders start at one item. Delivery remains 45 ILS per order, so its per-item share becomes lower on larger orders.
Can I collect the order?
Yes. Collection is free from the secure locker beside the workshop at 22 HaPo’alim St., Be’er Sheva. There is no walk-in reception.
