Yes. We print from a single unit up to large runs — there is no minimum order. For large quantities, contact us for a quote.

Each product page has an editor: pick a product, size and colour, add text/image/logo and build the design. You can also just send us an idea and we will prepare a mockup.

For a class, team or group you can open a group order. One group order is for one exact product/SKU and one colour; open a separate group order for another product or colour. Each participant chooses a size and pays their share through a personal link, and you can see who has paid — without collecting money and spreadsheets by hand. An individual name is +5 NIS only on each item that actually has a name.

A high-quality file is best — a good-resolution PNG/JPG or a vector (for a logo). If something is not suitable for printing, we will let you know before production.

Every product page has a size chart. You can measure a shirt that fits you well and compare; if in doubt, write to us and we will help.

For any order containing printing, including a mixed order with any printed item, the clock starts only after full payment, receipt of all order details and files, and the customer's explicit final mockup approval; mockup preparation and revision rounds are not counted. Self-pickup for such an order is not available earlier than 4 full business days. For a BASIC-only order with no printing, there is no mockup stage; courier delivery is not available earlier than 4 full business days after full payment and receipt of all required order details and files. A requested date is not a commitment unless the team confirms it in writing. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are excluded.

Door-to-door delivery is provided by a nationwide courier. For any order containing printing, including a mixed order with any printed item, delivery costs 45 NIS and is not available earlier than 6 business days from the clock start: 2 production days plus at least 4 courier days; the clock starts only after full payment, receipt of all order details and files, and explicit final mockup approval. For a BASIC-only order with no printing, delivery is charged at the price shown at checkout (currently 30 NIS), there is no mockup stage, and courier delivery is not available earlier than 4 full business days after full payment and receipt of all required order details and files. Free Be'er Sheva locker pickup for a printed order is available no earlier than 4 full business days. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are excluded.

Yes — from a secure locker next to the print shop in Be’er Sheva, available 24/7 and free. When your order is ready you receive a message with the locker number and a secret pickup code.

There is no walk-in reception and no phone line — all orders and communication happen through the website or WhatsApp. Order pickup and item drop-off are done via the locker, at any hour that suits you.

Yes! Printing is available on items not purchased from us (embroidery — only on items purchased from us). Open an order and pay, receive a locker number and code, drop off your items — after the mockup is approved they are printed and returned to the locker for pickup.

After full payment and receipt of all order details and files, our graphics team prepares a mockup of the final product. It is sent to you for approval, and the price includes up to 3 revisions. Mockup preparation and revisions are not counted in the lead time; the clock starts only after explicit final approval — so check the text, colours, sizes and placement carefully first.

The print area is defined for each product and shown in the editor. The regular ordering flow has no separate print-size selector or size surcharge. Sleeve printing is a separate extra.

Credit card, Bit and bank transfer. On the site you pay at checkout; for WhatsApp orders a payment link is sent once the order is opened.

The price on the site is the final price for your selections, including VAT, graphics, mockup and printing. Possible extras are shown up front: in a group order, an individual name is +5 NIS only for each item that actually has a name, and each selected printed sleeve is +2 NIS per item.

The quantity tier is calculated separately for each price group. Only products in the same price group count together; short-sleeve cotton and short-sleeve dry-fit shirts are separate groups even though their displayed price grids are currently identical, and shirts and caps do not share one tier. A group order is stricter: one exact product/SKU and one colour per order, with a separate order for another product or colour. If a regular order includes 2–3 different designs, a one-time fee of 9 NIS applies for each design beyond the first.

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after production, in accordance with consumer law. Printing starts only after you approve the mockup. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved mockup — contact us with photos and we will resolve it fairly.
