Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the ARENA website and the placing of orders on it. The site is operated by Arena Equipment LTD, company no. 516143286. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Products, images and prices

Images on the site are illustrative only and colours may differ between screen and the actual product. We may update prices, specifications, promotions and availability at any time. In the case of an obvious pricing error or a technical fault, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.

Customization and mockup approval

For customized orders, production and the lead-time clock start only after full payment, receipt of all order details and files, and the customer's explicit final mockup approval. Mockup preparation and revision rounds are not counted. The customer is responsible for the content they upload — including the accuracy of the text and spelling, and the rights to use images, logos or any work. We may refuse to print offensive, unlawful or infringing content.

Custom order terms

  • Please verify the product, quantity, address and price before paying and provide all order details and files. Full payment confirms the order and sends it to the graphics team, but payment alone does not start production or the lead-time clock. Any commercial change after payment requires the team's explicit approval.
  • After full payment and receipt of all order details and files, our graphics team prepares a mockup. The price includes up to 3 revision rounds at no extra cost; mockup preparation and revisions are not counted in the lead time.
  • Production and the lead-time clock start only after the customer also gives explicit final mockup approval. The approval is final for all print details, and a mistake approved in the mockup is not a defect.
  • Size choice is the customer's responsibility. If in doubt, choose the larger size; we are happy to send a size chart or exact measurements in cm.
  • A date requested by the customer is not a promise or commitment unless the ARENA team explicitly confirms it in writing. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not counted as business days.
  • Self-pickup from the locker next to the print house (22 HaPoalim St., Emek Sara, Be'er Sheva) is available 24/7 and free, but not before 4 full business days have elapsed from the clock start. After the ready notice, please collect within two business days.
  • Door delivery is 45 ILS via a national courier and is not available earlier than 6 business days from the clock start: 2 production days plus at least 4 courier days.
  • A tax invoice/receipt is generated automatically upon payment and sent to the e-mail address provided.
  • Cancellation before printing starts is possible; a card refund may take up to 14 business days and is subject to the processing fee.

Delivery and pickup

The handling and delivery clock starts only after full payment and receipt of all required order details and files. When an order requires a mockup, explicit final customer approval is an additional prerequisite; production and the clock start only after it. Door-to-door delivery is provided by a nationwide courier. For BASIC products without printing, the delivery price is the price shown at checkout (currently 30 NIS); they require no mockup and are delivered by courier no earlier than 4 business days from the clock start. For an order that includes printing, the delivery price is 45 NIS: pickup, when offered, is no earlier than 4 business days; delivery is no earlier than 6 business days — 2 for production plus at least 4 for the courier. A requested date is not a commitment unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Mockup preparation and revision rounds are not counted. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are excluded. Workload, order type or force majeure may extend these times.

Cancellations and returns

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, in accordance with consumer protection law. A mistake approved by the customer in the mockup is not considered a defect. If we made an error, there is a manufacturing defect, or the product does not match the approved mockup, we will reprint it at no charge and deliver or send it again at no additional cost.

Liability and rights

Please follow the washing and care instructions; natural wear is not a manufacturing defect. The site content is protected by copyright. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
