Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the ARENA website and the placing of orders on it. The site is operated by Arena Equipment LTD, company no. 216143286. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Products, images and prices

Images on the site are illustrative only and colours may differ between screen and the actual product. We may update prices, specifications, promotions and availability at any time. In the case of an obvious pricing error or a technical fault, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.

Customization and mockup approval

For customized orders, production takes place after the customer approves the mockup. The customer is responsible for the content they upload — including the accuracy of the text and spelling, and the rights to use images, logos or any work. We may refuse to print offensive, unlawful or infringing content.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery times depend on the type of order, the quantity and workload, and may change due to force majeure. For a standard order the clock starts at payment confirmation; for a custom order, at mockup approval. Where self-pickup is available, we notify the customer when the order is ready.

Cancellations and returns

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, in accordance with consumer protection law. A mistake approved by the customer in the mockup is not considered a defect. In the event of a manufacturing defect or a mismatch with what was approved, we will provide a fair remedy: repair, replacement or credit, as appropriate.

Liability and rights

Please follow the washing and care instructions; natural wear is not a manufacturing defect. The site content is protected by copyright. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
