Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the ARENA website and the placing of orders on it. The site is operated by Arena Equipment LTD, company no. 516143286. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Products, images and prices

Images on the site are illustrative only and colours may differ between screen and the actual product. We may update prices, specifications, promotions and availability at any time. In the case of an obvious pricing error or a technical fault, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.

Customization and mockup approval

For customized orders, payment confirms the order but does not by itself start the count. The count starts after the customer approves the mockup, or from the order date when the customer supplied a final production-ready design that needs no further mockup approval. Mockup preparation and revision rounds are not counted. The customer is responsible for the content they upload — including the accuracy of the text and spelling, and the rights to use images, logos or any work. We may refuse to print offensive, unlawful or infringing content.

Custom order terms

  • Please verify the product, quantity, address and price before paying and provide all order details and files. Full payment confirms the order and sends it to the graphics team, but payment alone does not start production or the lead-time clock. Any commercial change after payment requires the team's explicit approval.
  • After full payment and receipt of all order details and files, our graphics team prepares a mockup. The price includes up to 3 revision rounds at no extra cost; mockup preparation and revisions are not counted in the lead time.
  • For an order that includes printing, please allow at least 4 business days for production. The count starts after the customer approves the mockup; if the customer supplied a final production-ready design that needs no further mockup approval, it starts from the order date. ARENA will make a reasonable effort to prepare the order as early as possible and it may be ready before that period ends. Mockup approval is final for all print details, and a mistake approved in the mockup is not a defect.
  • Size choice is the customer's responsibility. If in doubt, choose the larger size; we are happy to send a size chart or exact measurements in cm.
  • A date requested by the customer is not a commitment to a completion, pickup or delivery date. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not counted as business days.
  • Self-pickup from the locker next to the print house (22 HaPoalim St., Emek Sara, Be'er Sheva) is available 24/7 and free, once the order is ready. A ready notice with the locker number and code is sent; please do not come before it arrives, collect within two business days and close the locker afterwards.
  • Door delivery for an order that includes printing is 25 ILS. Once the order is ready, transit is estimated at 5-7 business days; rest days, weekends and holidays are not counted. Delivery is performed by an external courier company that is not under ARENA's direct control, so courier delays, an unreachable recipient or a recipient unavailable to receive the parcel may delay delivery or cause the parcel to be returned to the courier company.
  • A tax invoice/receipt is generated automatically upon payment and sent to the e-mail address provided.
  • Cancellation before printing starts is possible; a card refund may take up to 14 business days and is subject to the processing fee.

Delivery and pickup

The count starts after the customer approves the mockup, or from the order date when the customer supplied a final production-ready design that needs no further mockup approval. Mockup preparation and revision rounds are not counted. For an order that includes printing, please allow at least 4 business days for production; the order may be ready sooner. Self-pickup, where offered, is available once the order is ready. Door-to-door delivery is performed by an external courier company: for an order that includes printing the delivery price is 25 NIS, and for BASIC products without printing it is the price shown at checkout (currently 30 NIS), with no mockup and no production stage. Once the order is ready, delivery is estimated at 5-7 business days. Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are excluded. A requested date is not a commitment to a completion, pickup or delivery date. Courier delays, an unreachable recipient, a recipient unavailable to receive the parcel, workload, order type or force majeure may extend these times or lead to the parcel being returned to the courier company.

Cancellations and returns

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, in accordance with consumer protection law. A mistake approved by the customer in the mockup is not considered a defect. If we made an error, there is a manufacturing defect, or the product does not match the approved mockup, we will reprint it at no charge and deliver or send it again at no additional cost.

Liability and rights

Please follow the washing and care instructions; natural wear is not a manufacturing defect. The site content is protected by copyright. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
